No worries, Lance. When I was working on my Master's I gained 30 lbs and I actually had students of the Sambo and fight team that when I showed up one day asked me who I was, lmbao. Good luck in this endeavor.

Crossbody Armbar College for Sambists at Southwest Little Rock Judo and Jiujitsu
